Heat the water to 93 °C.

Wet the filter with hot water and discard the water.

Place the coffee in the filter.

Start the timer and pour 50 g of water slowly in a circular motion, making sure all the coffee gets wet.

Wait until 0:30 min.

Add another 100 g of water (total 150 g).

Let the water pass through until 1:30 min.

Add the last 100 g of water (total 250 g).

The extraction should finish around 3:30 min.
