you will need:
15 g of medium ground coffee
Filtered water at 93ºC
V60 + paper filter
Scale and timer
Heat the water to 93°C.
Rinse the paper filter with hot water and discard the rinse water.
Add the ground coffee to the filter.
Start the timer and slowly pour 50 g of water in a circular motion, making sure all the coffee is evenly saturated.
Wait until 30 seconds.
Pour an additional 100 g of water, reaching a total of 150 g.
Allow the water to drain until 1 minute 30 seconds.
Pour the final 100 g of water, reaching a total of 250 g.
The extraction should finish at approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds.
