Assemble the Aeropress in inverted mode (plunger inserted up to number 4).

Add the coffee to the chamber.

Start the timer and pour 50 ml of water.

Stir gently about 10 times.

Fill with water up to 220 ml.

Insert the portafilter with the paper filter already wet.

At 1:45 min, flip the Aeropress over the cup.

Press gently for 30 seconds, finishing at 2:15 min.
